Step by Step

In an effort to shed some weight, I recently invested in a pedometer. The first goal is to take 10,000 steps each day. This sounds easy enough, but it was "harder" than I thought! Especially when you think you get quite a bit of movement in during the course of a given day! Although I have not been able to attain 10,000 steps every day, I have made it over 10,000 twice! And many more days being very close to the 10,000 mark. So, step by step, one day at a time, I'm trekking across town in hopes of leaving behind a few pounds!

It is amazing how many steps we take. I joined a gym this year but I think I would rather just walk. I see you are a quilter. I am learning how by taking a class.
