While cleaning out the linen closet last week, I came upon this old pillowcase from my childhood! I received this pillowcase as a Christmas gift from my brother when we were both in grade school. Craig has always been a talented artist, much like our Dad, and this is evidence of his early start. He used a set of those ball-point paints (something "new" at the time) to create the image, and if memory serves me well, he also made several other sets of pillowcases that year, for our grandparents, as gifts.

This is adorable! It has the look of old-fashioned cartooning -- reminds me of "Little LuLu" if anyone remembers back that far. ;)
